The Gambia’s Under 20 National team striker Momodou Bojang has signed a 1 year, 6 months loan transfer deal to Boavista football club in Portugal from Rainbow football club in the Gambia
Modou Jallow the President of Rainbow football club has said that his club had signed the Under 20 striker from Brikama UTD on a 4 years contract deal.
Mr Jallow added that Bojang 19, has been officially transferred to Boavista for a loan period of 1 year, 6 months with an option for a permanent move.
“Momodou Bojang has left the country to Portugal since 21 April and has started training with the reserve team of Boavista before moving to the senior team in the Primeira”, he said. According to Mr Jallow, Momodou is a unique outstanding striker with discipline who is hungry to make his mark.
During the African Confederation Under 20 tournament in Mauritania, Bojang scored twice as the Gambia won bronze in the competition.
