Gambian from all over the world will converge at Raleigh North Caroline this weekend May 17th through May 19th. The conference is a call to conscience for every Gambian who is able to make it to come together and discuss the political and governing status of our beloved Gambia. By now almost every Gambian have come to their senses that our country is on the wrong path of history.

It is clear the only person enjoying freedom, liberty and pursuit of happiness in Gambia is President Jammeh. Not members of his APRC, not members of his cabinet, not his aides ordinary APRC supporters and certainly not ordinary citizens who dare to speak much less act against his government.
It is therefore, time for Gambians to come together to explore ways and means of addressing the menace in the Gambia. The talking points have been exhausted, the appeals have been exhausted, and certainly the wait and see game has long been exhausted. It is therefore our responsibility as citizens from every corner of the world, from every ethic or regional origin to take personal responsibility of the situation in Banjul…
A dialogue has been called and if you feel the situation in the country is on the wrong path, then you are cordially invited on behalf of the organizing group to come to Raleigh and meet your fellow citizens. A journey with thousand miles begins with a step.. The terrain for peaceful political change is sailing and it would noble to be a part of something bigger, something that may go down in history as the turning point. “We are the ones we have been waiting for” President Obama
