It is with great sadness that I am writing with the hope that I can reach out to the Senegalese authorities following my investigations to establish whether the Senegalese authorities are living up to expectations or not but to my dismay, it turns out to be the worst of my nightmares because it beats my imagination to think that the Macky Sall’s government of all governments will in fact ignore, Isolate and seems to careless about the suffering of the children and family of the late Tabara Samba and co who were unlawfully executed by the Jammeh administration last year.
I just cannot comprehend as to why they never conducted an inquiry to find out what they can do as a government to help the entire family who are currently suffering from post traumatic stress and they were never compensated nor given any medical assistance as expected of any responsible government.
Given the fact that they’ve failed in their desperate attempts to negotiate with the Gambian dictator, using diplomacy so that they can retrieve the lifeless body or remains of our late beloved mother, Tabara Samba. Wouldn’t it have been reasonable and appropriate for the Senegalese government to ensure that the entire family are well looked after? Of course yes.
Before throwing $30,000 dollars to our brothers and sisters in America, why didn’t he use that money to at least give it to the family as a way of comforting them? Doesn’t he get it at all or is the Senegalese government doing it out of negligence or carelessness?
Less we forget not that when Macky Sall came to power, the entire Senegambian nation were jubilant because it was a clean victory for those of us advocating for democracy and the rule of law but little did we know that along the way, he will be breaking our hearts into pieces by failing us on all, if not many fronts. Senegambians are now left wondering whether he is not another toy boy of Kanilia because of his slackness in dealing with the burning issues facing our sub-region.
Ever since, he is still unable to make any move let alone a difference when it comes to the issue of Cassamance rebels because he is totally relying on their main sponsor-er on the other side to resolve the issue for him, which to me is absurd to say the least. How can he be that gullible to think that Jammeh of all people is in it to help him and his administration? It seems as if he is also been dictated to behave as if he is not a president but another hostage living under the rule of the Gambian tyrant.
Some accused him of been sponsored by Yaya Jammeh himself and given his actions since he took over office, many may agree with his critics hence all critics of the Jammeh administration who are currently living in Senegal are been told to not dare demonstrate or criticize their oppressor for reason best known to him and his government but what they cannot do is divide us as a nation a rule us without been challenged or questioned.
Senegambians are one family and as a matter of fact, I am urging the Macky Sall Government to review the situation of the entire family members of Tabara Samba and come to their immediate aid as expected of them as the government of the people.
Tabara’s Mother is in need of immediate and proper medical attention and that of the entire family as they are still struggling to deal with their pain and misery but in silence so we should all join hands and hearts to ensure that those she left behind are in good hands. The old mummy was taken to hospital yesterday under very hard conditions as the family are left helpless and penniless to do it all on their own thus warrant my outburst.
Please Macky Sall, hear me out loud and do more for the family without any further delay hence you are still unable to help us retrieve the body of our mother so that she can be accorded with a decent burial like we all deserve after dead. Doing so will proof to me and all that you can be taken seriously but failure to do so,history will be the judge as well so I hope that you’ll listen to the voice of the voiceless and carry out your duties to the best of your ability as a democratic leader.
I once use to call you the people’s president but until and unless you do as expected of you, I will refrain from calling you that title for now. All my love still.
Wa-Salaam!!
May peace and blessings be upon all the victims of the Kanilia murderer. Ameen. Rest in peace mum!
In the service of humanity!!!
