MORE REVELATION ON U.S ALLEGED INVOLVEMENT IN GAMBIA FAILED COUP
Barely two weeks ago, Gambians were treated to an interview with the U.S charge d’affaires in The Gambia in which the ambassador want to tout as “excellent”, the relationship between The Gambia and the U. S. A. Was it a mere coincidence that the next day, Washington Post ran a story detailing the American role in alerting the Gambian government of an impending coup d’état? What Yahya did not tell the Gambians is that upon receiving the sketchy information of a coup, he pack up with his family and ran away to Dubai. But we will deal with Yahya another time. Let’s deal with the duplicity of the Obama Government.
The charge d’affaires new that the Washington Post was coming out with an article that essentially implicate the U.S. government in the death of a U.S. army captain, and jeopardized the lives of other U.S. citizens. We hope this serves as an awakening to Gambians that their destiny is in their own hands and that America could careless even if Yahya maimed every single Gambian. As long as Yahya is carrying out dirty rendition jobs in the name of fighting terrorism, the U.S. is willing to give him a pass. Damn the ordinary Gambians.
Upon further scrutiny though, one will realize that the U.S. is engaged in classic duplicity: claiming friendship with Yahya while carrying water for his adversaries. Why is the U.S. Hiding information that they have charged more people on the December 30th coup than they officially acknowledge? We know for a fact that others beside Faal, Njie, Barrow and Manneh, have been charged. The U.S. is also aware that many more people in the U.S. took part in the failed coup but decided not to charge them. Reason: Yahya is a maniac and he will go after their families. Nauseating hypocrisy for a country that claims to be a beacon of democracy and loves to lecture others on the conduct of their affairs. America should remember that choosing to align with Yahya and by contributing to the death of American citizen, they have in essence declared majority Gambians as their enemy. Yahya will not be in Gambia for ever, but Gambians will and history will dictate future relationships.
We also received information that because the U.S. worried that their duplicity will be revealed, they have placed senseless restrictions on some of those charged with the idiotic “neutrality act” violation. They have recruited prominent Gambians to spy on other Gambians and continue to monitor communications of certain people we know of. But Yahya is no fool. As smart as the Americans think they are, they underestimate Yahya.
Yahya already knows that the December 30th coup was an American Plot to unseat him. The Americans were working with the coupists from the get go but had differences in the execution of the plan. The plan the Americans wanted would have led to the death of many innocent Gambians, something the group refused to do. When the coupist insisted on going with their own plan and sidelined the Americans, the FBI informed the State Department, who further informed Yahya. However, because the mighty FBI were outsmarted, they had no idea who all the participants were or their timeline. All they knew was that there was and impending coup but could not provide any more details. Yahya being the coward that he is, took to his heels and headed to Dubai along with his family. Saul Badjie, the one next to him, knew something was up and went into hiding. That’s why Yahya said he spent two nights holed up in a Dubai hotel unable to sleep.
For their part, the spiteful Americans not only sacrificed a man that fought for them, they also charged distinguished men of conscience with trumped up charges that do not constitute a crime in any so called civilized nation except U.S. Mind you, American citizens join warring factions all the time to fight against “friendly nations” or nations that the U.S. is at “peace” with and yet you will never hear of the U.S. charging them with a crime. In the U.S., they call it prosecutorial discretion. Any wonder why the prisons are filled with Blacks and Hispanics. Perhaps the so called justice department should take a long and hard look at itself before it can fix the Fergusons and Baltimores. The hypocrisy of the U.S. is nauseating but Yahya Jammeh is already aware of their nonsense and very soon we will be revealing more details. Stay tuned.
